Help!!!!!!

I am really struggling I can't seem to stop stuffing my face. I gained 1/2 lb last week, and I fear this week will be so bad. I worked out 6 times last week but just kept eating. COME ON WILL POWER COME BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!.

Monday Morning Blast

I am so proud of myself! I was at Forest Ridge this morning at 5:30am did 24 minutes on the cross trainer then I did 1 hour of the fast past water aerobics then changed clothes (again) did my weight workout (35 minutes) showered, dressed (again) then made it to work at 7:58. I feel motivated for the whole week. Lost 3 1/2 pounds last week hope to do the same this week 43 1/2 total.

More Hours in the Day

Please I need more hours in the day. I was up at 5:15 am at the gym in the pool by 6:00 1 hour of arobic (couldn't talk the instructor to just let me float) Then I did 35 minutes on the crosstrainer, then to work for 8 hours. 2 meetings tonight and a trip to the funeral home. WoW I am exhausted just thinking about it. But the great thing about it I can do it and not huff and puff to get it done.

Friendships

I am really happy for everyone. At the meeting last night some are struggling but I know they can get through it. As Sandy said last night I feel that I have made life long friends with the Thrivers. I have a better friendship with the Forest Ridge group as I see them almost every day.

I am almost at my second goal of 40 pounds. I had a goal date of March 3rd. I am at 37.8 lbs. so I am close. hope to reach it by Tuesday, then will be working toward that 3rd goal.

I am so thankful to the 'GREATEST THRIVER' for changing my life.

Back To Speed

I had my 1st weigh-in since the middle of January last night. I have lost 36 pounds. I am feeling great having a little trouble with the food issue (but I keep on going). It's great to see us THRIVERS pushing forward toward our goals.

I'm Back

I weighed in Tuesday lost 2.8 lbs. That was scary I figured since I had missed so much time working out I'd go the other way. I'm back did the full work out on Wed. did 50 minutes cardo on Thursday, and the full again this morning and I feel great.

COME BACK

Wow!!!!!!!! I have had some health issues with my eye, and I was unable to workout for 8 days. I just can't believe how quickly I lost my energy. I have been back working out for 10 days now and last night was the 1st time I mad it thought the cardo and weights. I sure was tired. I feel good today. Today is the 1st weigh in since I got hurt.
